Technology Apprenticeship
Our Technology Degree Apprenticeship programmes are offered at five locations, matched to our key UK offices. They offer you the opportunity to obtain a BSc Degree in Digital & Technology Solutions, while gaining invaluable work experience.

You’ll develop expertise across a range of capabilities including digital, web, data, cyber security, cloud computing, project management, application and infrastructure development and business analysis. The apprenticeship lasts for 3 years, formal training throughout the programme is supplied by our university training provider (which may take up to 4 years), with a combination of on-the-job training, as well as structured training and courses.
You’ll need:
- A real curiosity about technology: how things work and a keen interest in building skills in this area.
- To be a strong communicator with a logical mind-set and problem-solving abilities.
- A commitment and willingness to invest in your learning and development, devoting the time to the training and study required.
- Flexibility to travel to different offices and client’s sites throughout the UK (non-study days).
- 80 ‘A’ Level UCAS points or an equivalent Level 3 qualification.

We don’t ask for any specific qualifications; a bright mind, the motivation to succeed and the ability to think logically will set you apart here. However, if you join us with prior A Level or Level 3 qualifications you will have the chance to move straight into the degree level qualification, please refer to each programme section for full details.
Overall, you’ll be keen to increase your knowledge, learn more about our industry and reach your full potential. And, as you’ll be studying for qualifications whilst you’re working you’ll need a strong work ethic and be happy to use some of your personal time to invest in your learning.
In addition, we look for people with great communication skills and an inquisitive mind. It’s also important that you can work well as part a team and have a “can do” attitude.
As an apprentice, you’ll be rewarded from day one. You’ll be doing real work – so we’ll pay you a real salary too.
