A fantastic, 'Good' graded school based in the heart of Redbridge are seeking a History Graduate - Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team of Teachers, Graduate Teaching Assistants and Support Staff from September 2024. This is a Long-Term, Full-Time role.
As a History Graduate - Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Class Teacher to deliver lessons targeting all core areas of the History curriculum. This role involves supporting students across KS3-5, including those with SEND/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis.
The Head Teacher is keen to speak to History Graduates with a passion for their subject. The ideal candidates for this position are those looking to pursue a career as a History Teacher and wish to motivate the younger generation.

- History Graduate - Teaching Assistant

- Working alongside a team of fantastic History Teachers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A History graduate with strong academics across university, sixth form and secondary school
- A passion for all things History and a desire to teach
- Experience working with children and young people
- A sufficient understanding of SEND/SEMH needs
