Trust Education is looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Recruitment Administrator to join our Wakefield office in Horbury and support our busy recruitment team. What You ll Be Doing:

Candidate Support & Registration

  • Welcome candidates into the office and ensure a great first impression.
  • Collect, process, and chase essential candidate documents.
  • Guide candidates through the compliance process and assist with DBS checks.
  • Support resourcing efforts by identifying and screening suitable candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events and university fairs.

Reference & Compliance Checks

  • Request and chase references via phone, email, and post.
  • Log all information on our CRM system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Verify references against CVs and monitor ongoing candidate compliance.

Client Support

  • Build strong relationships with clients and ensure they receive a professional and efficient service.
  • Help consultants fill bookings and prepare candidate CVs for submission.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to queries from both clients and candidates.

Administration & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Post job adverts on job boards and social media.
  • Manage diaries, shared inboxes, and ensure a tidy and welcoming office environment.
  • Help keep track of timesheets, payments, and candidate starter forms.

What You ll Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • A friendly, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
  • A full driving license and access to your own vehicle (required).
