They will work alongside experienced engineers, learning to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment. Key Responsibilities:- Assist senior engineers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Training and Development:- Complete an NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) over the first three years.
- Pursue an HNC (Higher National Certificate) in the fourth year.
- Receive mentorship from experienced engineers.

Requirements:- A full UK driving license
- Be 18 years old or over
- A keen interest in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics, Science, and English.
- Willingness to travel extensively during and after the apprenticeship.
