Educated Appointments are delighted to be working with a training provider within the early years sector to recruit a Childcare Apprentice Intake Consultant to recruit and support Apprentices into their apprenticeship programmes.

The organisation work in partnership with employers and further education colleges to provide relevant and valuable training to develop the future generation of early years professionals.

The role is office based, with Monday - Thursday in the office and Fridays as a home working day.

The Apprentice Intake Consultant is responsible for recruiting new learners/apprentices onto the programme, ensuring each new learner fully meets the eligibility criteria and advertising and networking activity is maintained at a high standard to achieve continuous growth.

Main Responsibilities

- Create and manage adverts to attract new potential learners

- Conduct CV screening of new applications and conduct telephone screening to progress eligible applicants to academy interview

- Carry out learner interviews to select appropriate learners for the programme

- Accurately advise potential learners on the programmes offered (IAG) and guide them through process to their start date

- Ensure excellent customer service standards are achieved to ensure learner retention

- Maintain all learner information on tracking system ensuring all activity is logged and recorded with quality and compliance

- To work as part of an effective commercial team, liaising with the operations and compliance teams

- To promote the culture of the company in accordance with its Mission Vision and Values

- To mentor Apprentices to achieve and learn professional skills required for the work place

- To ensure all Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes induction paperwork is 100% compliant for handover prior for final checking/processing.

- Attend networking events and jobs fairs, meetings and workshops as necessary to carry out your role effectively
