Role: Field Service Technician Apprentice
Located: Field based - Runcorn, Cheshire
Contract: Electrical, Electronic Product Service and Installation Engineer Level 3 Apprenticeship (up to 36 Months)

What you will be doing
- Developing skills and abilities to provide customers with a professional, efficient maintenance and repair service whilst ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Provide a technical service to customers, including installation, maintenance and repair of equipment. To ensure customers receive a satisfactory service in line with agreed service level agreements.
- Maximze revenue by identifying potential business and professional service opportunities, whilst carrying out day-to-day duties.
- Management and control of account stock, to improve first time fix levels to customers, and to minimize stock losses
You will ideally have
- Willing to commit to online learning and portfolio building of average 4 hours per week
- Hold a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths prior to the programme, otherwise this will need to be completed during the apprenticeship.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Some basic knowledge of electrical/ mechanical engineering, fault finding techniques
- Strong IT skills
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Excellent Interpersonal and customer handling skills
- This role requires travel throughout a designated area (Dagenham) and is in 24/7 print environments, therefore a flexible approach to work is required.
