Role Description:

We're seeking a full-time, on-site Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team and support our in-house sales efforts. In this role, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of our business, collaborating closely with our Business Development Specialists. You'll also work alongside our dedicated Client Services and Marketing Teams, extending our brand's reach to clients throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to find new potential leads and opportunities for our business
  • Call leads on the phone, engaging in friendly conversations to build rapport, understand their needs, and establish a connection
  • Send warm, personalized emails and reminders to clients and prospects, answering questions and confirming appointments
  • Keep our CRM system up to date with the latest client information, ensuring we remember important details about our clients
  • Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks to stay productive and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Work closely with other departments, like marketing and customer service, to make sure our clients have a seamless experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent at building connections over the phone with friendly and engaging communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about hitting or even surpassing set targets and KPIs
  • Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Always maintaining a positive attitude that uplifts our team and clients
  • Experienced in dealing with customers, ideally in a similar role, showcasing your people skills
  • Able to understand and embody the Bluetown vision and brand, effectively communicating this to our clients
  • Passionate about sales, SaaS, and advertising, and eager to share this enthusiasm with clients and colleagues

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a salary of up to 27,000
  • OTE 35,000
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and you'll get an extra 2 'duvet days' after the first year
