Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Commercial Sales Trainee, you will:
- Develop your knowledge and skills whilst work in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
- Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development
- Build strong relationships with B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Provide a high level of customer service, converting leads and quotes into firm orders
- Work closely with the rest of the team to follow up on sales leads
