What You'll Be Doing- Developing relationships with senior clients and candidates
- Identifying, headhunting, and approaching top-level talent
- Managing the end-to-end Executive Search process
- Preparing candidates and arranging interviews
- Negotiating and closing senior-level offers
- Working to clear targets and earning uncapped commission
What We're Looking For- Sales, business development, or commercial experience

What's on Offer- £30,000 base salary
- Year 1 OTE: £30,000 - £50,000
