Yorkshire based M&E Building Services Consultancy who offer detailed Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing design for new build and refurbishment projects within commercial, leisure, high end residential and retail properties.

You will be given exposure to all aspects of 3d practical and aesthetic mechanical and /or electrical design. You will use Revit, Cad and Amtech and / or IES.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone early in / starting their career in Building Services.
The person:
We're looking for someone keen and eager, willing to take initiative, who can work just as well independently as they can in a team.
- You will have a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably a BEng.
- Some knowledge of building services engineering is welcomed, but is not essential.
The salary:
The salary is c. 24,000 to 26,000 (negotiable on experience)
The package also includes 25 days holiday and an auto-enrolment pension.
