What You'll Be Doing

Your role will be a blend of sales, relationship management, and market research. Typical responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business through outbound calls and networking

  • Building strong relationships with clients in the finance sector

  • Sourcing, qualifying and headhunting high-calibre candidates

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to offer stage

  • Working towards revenue and activity targets

  • Attending client meetings and candidate interviews

What We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have a strong sales foundation and a hunger to progress. You will fit well if you have:

  • At least 6 months' commercial or sales experience

  • A proven track record of hitting targets

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

  • A driven, competitive mindset

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills

  • A genuine interest in the finance sector

  • A degree (preferred but not required)
