The Role
As a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Source and interview top candidates
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Build relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment process from first call to job offer
- Negotiate offers and close deals
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, target-driven, and motivated by success
- Organised and proactive with a positive attitude
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus
