Herts Resourcing Group (HRG) is currently working with a college in Cambridge and we're looking for a quality assurance expert with a drive for continuous improvement within the construction team. What You'll Do:

  • Lead the charge in driving ongoing quality improvement across their apprenticeship programmes.
  • Provide overarching quality assurance for full-time provisions.
  • Inspire and manage a team.
  • Take an active role in the regular learner review process

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
  • A deep understanding of the current apprenticeship system.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent report writing and data analysis skills.
  • Proven experience of collaborating with apprentices and employers to ensure high levels of high, timely achievement.

You must have:

  • Level 3 relevant vocational qualification and relevant vocational CPD
  • Level 3 TAQA or Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Qualifications
  • Level 3 Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
  • Level 4 Leading Internal Quality Assurance Qualification
  • Experience of training and assessing within a Further Education or training environment.
  • Significant experience of conducting assessment processes.
  • Recent Internal Quality Assurance experience
  • Evidence of significant experience in a quality monitoring role
  • The right to work in the UK
