Bristol Street Motors SEAT Carlisle have a great opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team, as part of the role you will work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification.Your key duties will include:

  • Efficiently handling administration related issues, in addition to reviewing and managing all appropriate system and non-system generated schedules and reports.
  • Maintaining the highest standard of presentation within the dealership, ensuring the organisation of the pitch and showroom displays is of a high quality
  • Greetall customers swiftly in a positive, friendly and courteous manner (with a smile) in line with company standards. To quickly ascertain their needs, direct their query and manage their expectations.
  • To speedily deal with all calls to the switchboard and assist customers in a positive, friendly and courteous manner in line with company standards. To gather customer information and quickly their ascertain needs and direct their query to the most appropriate party.
  • To maintain adequate knowledge of company initiatives, systems, products and colleagues to allow you to answer general customer queries without the need to refer to other colleagues.
  • To maintain the highest possible standards in the reception area and in your personal appearance.
  • To make effective use of time, prioritising where necessary and always seeking to solve problems, lend assistance and add value whenever possible.

Applicants are required to have, or predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A -C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects:

  • English
  • Maths
  • One other subject
