We are recruiting for Trainer & IQA to deliver high-quality childcare apprenticeships across the North West, supporting learners in areas including Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and Warrington.
You will deliver engaging apprenticeship training and support learners through to End Point Assessment, while maintaining robust internal quality assurance standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver childcare apprenticeship standards (Level 2 & 3)
- Monitor learner progress and drive timely completions
- Support Functional Skills (English & maths Level 1 & 2)
- Liaise with employers and coordinate on/off-the-job training
- Conduct IQA sampling and standardisation
- Prepare learners for EPA and respond to EQA requirements
Essential
- Occupational qualification in childcare
- GCSE English and maths Level 2
- Experience delivering apprenticeships
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Ability to build employer and learner relationships
Driving licence and regional travel required.
Enhanced DBS required. Safeguarding commitment essential. Must have right to work in the UK.
