The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll:
- Source, screen and interview top tech talent
- Write and post compelling job adverts
- Build lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from first contact to job offer
- Negotiate and close deals, earning commission on every placement
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate (degree preferred but not essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent people skills
- Ambitious, competitive and motivated by success
- Well-organised, proactive and resilient under pressure
- Interest in technology or previous sales experience is a plus
