Salary: £27,000 basic + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

The RoleAs a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment process from day one. You'll build relationships, win new business, and help companies hire top talent.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing new and existing client relationships
- Negotiating fees and securing business deals
- Sourcing, interviewing, and managing candidates through the process
- Coordinating client meetings and placements
- Working towards clear sales and performance targets
