This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn a recognised qualification, and develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant in under a year.
? What's the Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship?
This nationally recognised programme combines:
- ? Remote learning modules
- ? Classroom-based training sessions
- ? On-the-desk coaching with experienced recruiters
You'll gain a deep understanding of recruitment, sales, candidate sourcing, client relationships, and more - with full support every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Advertising roles, identifying talent, and screening candidates
- Supporting interviews and shortlisting processes
- Shadowing client calls and meetings
- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Learning sales and business development techniques
- Working towards clear performance goals and targets
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional manner
- Ambitious, resilient and eager to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- GCSEs/A-Levels or equivalent (a degree is not required)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Any customer service or sales experience is a bonus
