gel Resourcing has an office in Wells-next-the-Sea,and is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer to join our busy Recruitment team. This will be a varied role, supporting the business with in the full Recruitment 360 process, including Business Development, Resourcing, Admin, Candidate Management and Compliance related tasks

As our Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer you will be:

  • Formatting CVs
  • Producing contracts and documents from templates
  • Managing and organising vacancy adverts via job boards and social media
  • Updating and managing gel Resourcing's ATS system
  • Resourcing and qualifying candidates for key roles
  • Assisting with payroll queries
  • Assisting with Interview arrangements
  • Assisting with Compliance checks
  • Assisting with Reference checks / enquiries
  • Communicating with Candidates and Clients by email / phone
  • Updating gel Resourcing's Social Media platforms

As our Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer you should have:

  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Proficient keyboard skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office and database work
  • Previous administration skills and experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Previous recruitment experience nice to have but not essential
  • An understanding of confidentiality
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Ability to work to deadlines
