The Role As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll work with clients across the finance sector - from investment firms to global consultancies - to help them find the best talent on the market.
This is a full 360 recruitment role, meaning you'll manage the process from start to finish: winning new clients, sourcing top candidates, conducting interviews and closing deals.
What You'll Be Doing -
Building long-term relationships with clients in the finance industry

Sourcing and interviewing candidates for a variety of roles

Writing and posting engaging job adverts

Managing offers and negotiations

Working towards clear financial and performance targets
What We're Looking For -
Degree (2:2 or above) in any subject

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ambitious, driven and goal-oriented

Resilient with a positive attitude towards challenges

Organised and able to manage a busy workload

Previous experience in sales, customer service or competitive sport is advantageous
