The RoleAs a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping leading finance organisations - from investment banks to global consultancies - find the very best talent. This is a full 360 recruitment position, meaning you'll manage the entire process: from winning new business to placing candidates into life-changing roles.
What You'll Be Doing- Building and developing relationships with clients in the finance sector
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates through adverts, referrals, and networking
- Interviewing candidates and preparing them for client meetings
- Generating new business through calls, meetings, and networking events
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Hitting and exceeding personal and team targets
Who You Are- Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any subject considered)
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by results
- Confident communicator who builds relationships easily
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Background in sales, customer service, or sport is advantageous but not essential
