The Role

You'll be working with some of the most innovative tech companies in the UK and internationally - helping them find top talent across areas like software engineering, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

This is a full 360 recruitment position, meaning you'll manage the entire process: sourcing candidates, winning clients, running interviews, negotiating offers and closing deals. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities and rewards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships within the technology sector

  • Sourcing and headhunting high-calibre tech professionals

  • Writing engaging job adverts and marketing live roles

  • Managing interviews, offers and negotiations

  • Working towards and exceeding performance targets

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate with a 2:2 or above (any discipline)

  • Driven, confident and eager to learn

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

  • Resilient, competitive and motivated by success

  • Experience in sales, customer service or sport is beneficial but not essential
