Graduate Manufacturing Engineer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to £32,000 depending on experience
Location: Milton Keynes, UK (on-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain specialized manufacturing equipment for producing industrial components.
- Support the development and testing of new processes and applications.
- Assist in CAD-based design work related to tooling and component preforms.
- Ensure quality control standards are met by following established procedures.
- Deliver technical support and training to clients, both remotely and in person.
- Work alongside engineering and product teams to provide feedback on system performance.
- Participate in broader company operations, including system implementation and client engagement.
- Stay updated on industry advancements through professional development activities.
What's Required:
- A background in engineering or materials science, with knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Interest in emerging production technologies and willingness to develop new skills.
- A degree in engineering or a related field (minimum 2:1 or equivalent).
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites when needed.
- A valid driving license is advantageous.
