Graduate Manufacturing Engineer - £30,000-35,000
The Role:
You'll be joining a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team in a hands-on role designed to accelerate your development. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with real projects from day one, including:
- Supporting the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices
- Investigating and resolving production issues with practical engineering solutions
- Working with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and operations
- Contributing to new product introduction (NPI) and process optimization
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting for performance improvements
What We're Looking For:
- A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with CAD, Six Sigma, or Lean principles is advantageous (not essential)
- A genuine passion for engineering and process innovation
