About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is seeking motivated graduates to join our TeachAhead Programme as Graduate Teaching Assistants. These long-term placements are perfect for those looking to gain classroom experience before starting teacher training.
Youll work across Primary, Secondary, and SEN settings in the Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole areas, supporting pupils and teachers to create an engaging learning environment.

Role Details:
- Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
- Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Long-Term Placement
- Duration: Ongoing
- Hours: Full-Time (Part-Time options available)
- Pay: From 90.74 per day
What Were Looking For:
- Recent graduate (2:2 or higher preferred)
- Passion for education and helping young people succeed
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Experience working with children or young people (in any capacity) is advantageous but not essential.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply)
- Two professional references
