The Role:
We're looking for a Graduate Researcher/Resourcer to help ensure our candidates have the best possible experience. You'll play a key part in supporting candidates through the recruitment process, helping them succeed, and building strong relationships that drive Via's reputation and growth.
What You'll Do:
- Support candidates throughout their journey, from initial interest to placement
- Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to help candidates shine
- Liaise with clients to ensure alignment and smooth communication
- Analyse and improve candidate experience processes
- Contribute ideas to help Via grow and innovate

- Recent graduates (or exceptional school leavers) with excellent communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help people succeed
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
