Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate technical documentation for bids and projects, including drawings, procedures and risk assessments.
  • Chair project kick-off meetings and participate in design and operational reviews.
  • Oversee timely delivery of drawings and documents to meet project schedules.
  • Raise purchase requisitions, manufacturing requests and testing procedures.
  • Prepare work packs for field surveys and offshore operations.

  • Follow management of change processes and ensure offshore personnel mobilisation.
  • Compile manufacturing records and close-out reports, including revenue summaries.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least one year of project experience. Our client is open to candidates currently in a Project Coordinator role who are ready to take ownership of their own projects and step into a Trainee Project Engineer position. Applicants must be organised and possess strong relationship-building skills.

This role offers excellent opportunities, including offshore and international travel, attractive staff benefits, flexible working hours and a clear progression path to senior levels.
