As an Apprentice Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining our machinery and building systems, ensuring smooth operations.

Apprentice Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Assist in performing routine maintenance on machines and buildings, following a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
  • Support various maintenance tasks and projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Gain hands-on experience in replacing bearings, belts, chains, and motors on large industrial machinery.
  • Occasionally work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prioritise health and safety compliance, ensuring a safety-conscious approach at all times.

Apprentice Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an electrical or mechanical maintenance role is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Ability to replace bearings, belts, chains, and motors on large industrial machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
