Main Duties:
- Managing the end to end process of export shipments, monitoring throughout and resolving an issues that may arise.
- Coordinate the preparation of documentation when required, ensuring compliance and regulations are followed.
- Communicating with clients providing them with accurate updates in a timely manner.
- Forming relationships with custom agents, suppliers and carriers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service
- Willingness to learn
- Previous experience within a freight forwarding company (desirable)
- High level of communication skills
