We are proud to be representing a Firm of Independent Financial Planners who have grown year on year and are currently seeking a talented IFA Administrator/ Trainee Paraplanner. Our Client operate a family culture within the business and promote and encourage development. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a vibrant and growing firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Process new business,
  • Keep up to date with all relevant product, legislative and technical changes, as required.
  • Ensure all dealings with clients are carried out in a professional and courteous manner.
  • LOA administration and processes.
  • Process new business application.
  • Making appointment packs.
  • Valuations, Illustrations
  • Letter writing, which involved working closely with the Advisors and Paraplanners which will lead into a fully-fledged Paraplanning role
  • Working closely to provide administrative support to 2 top performing Financial Planners
  • General administrative duties when required.
To be considered you will need to have industry related experience and will ideally be working towards industry related exams, OR be passionate about obtaining the Level 4 Diploma.
