Aboutthe role
Basedout of our Glasgow office initially, this is an exciting and variedtwo-year rotational programme within our E,C&I Engineering team. You willbe provided with great exposure to the challenges of maintaining and improvingour portfolio of hydro and pumped storage power stations. All the while we willsupport you in gaining the knowledge and skills you need to achieve chartershipwith the IET and succeed in your role.
Theprogramme will see you work on our historical power stations, there is plentyof maintenance and engineering challenges that come with old sites but thereare also some exciting new ones, where we look at new technologies andsolutions to keep these power stations providing the flexible, low carbon powerthe grid needs.

Whatwe're looking for
Weare looking for passionate graduates with a flair for engineering. You willneed to possess a BEng or MEng in Electrical/Control & InstrumentationEngineering (or related) degree obtained through an IMechE accredited course,coupled with a desire to learn.
You'llneed to have great analytical and problem-solving skills along with goodcommunication skills and a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
