We are looking for a Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join a leading independent acoustic consultancy in the UK. This role allows you to work with a specialist team focused on acoustic, noise, and vibration consulting, with strong support for career development. The successful candidate will engage in various projects, including residential and commercial developments, as well as entertainment and infrastructure initiatives.

The primary responsibilities of the consultant will include conducting detailed noise assessments, performing sound insulation tests, and utilising advanced 3D noise modelling techniques. The consultant will also be responsible for compiling and presenting comprehensive final reports to stakeholders. Collaboration will be essential, as the consultant will work closely with architects, developers, engineers, and construction managers to ensure effective communication and adherence to project objectives and timelines.

Successful candidates will need to have a BSc or an MSc in Acoustics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. A strong understanding of relevant British standards BS4142, BS5228, BS8233, and BS16283 is essential. Proficiency in acoustical software such as ODEON, INSUL, SoundPLAN, and CadnaA is also required. Additionally, a valid driver's licence is required.
