I am currently recruiting for a Trainee Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial contract located in Bond Street.
He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.
My client is willing to consider candidates with minimal commercial experience as long as you have basic qualifications (level 1 or 2 in a trade) and the correct attitude.
They are looking for enthusiastic individuals that are keen to learn and progress in the future.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000, overtime, further training, and a route into further career progression.
Hours of work
• 4 on 4 off, 7- 7 - DAYS & NIGHTS
• Plenty of Overtime available
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Flushing, taking tap temperatures
- AHU/FCU filter changes
- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors

Requirements
• Electrically OR Mechanically part qualified - City & Guilds Level 1 or 2
• Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
