Graduate Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start
Location: Primary Schools across Hertfordshire
Contract: Full-Time or Flexible Supply
Pay: 93 - 100 per day via PAYE

What you'll be doing:
Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support learning and progress
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Encouraging pupils' confidence, independence, and development
Gaining hands-on experience to support your future career in education
What we're looking for:
A degree (2:2 or above preferred - any subject considered)
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply - we can support you through the process)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for working with children
A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners
