Long Term Futures is recruiting an ambitious and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham. About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 during lessons and independent learning
Delivering targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
Providing 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
Assisting with classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL and varying learning abilities
Helping to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
This role offers excellent exposure to different teaching styles and learning needs, making it ideal preparation for future teacher training
