As a Graduate Education Support Professional, you may:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support
- Work with pupils who need additional help
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Support behaviour management and classroom routines

- A degree in any subject
- Genuine interest in working with children and young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, positive attitude
- Previous school or youth-work experience is beneficial but not essential
