Graduate Teaching Assistant Leeds
Location: Leeds
Contract: Long-term full-time supply or short-term contract (term-time hours)
Pay: £90 - £110 per day
Are you a graduate passionate about supporting children and young people? Do you have experience or a relevant degree in education, SEND, or a related field? PK Education is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join schools across Leeds on supply contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom teachers with day-to-day teaching activities
- Assisting pupils with learning and social development, including those with SEND
- Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources
- Providing individual or small group support to children as needed
- Supporting positive behaviour management
- Contributing to a safe and engaging learning environment
What we re looking for:
- A degree in any subject (ideally education, SEND, or relevant experience)
- Experience working with children, young people, or SEND
- Ability to commute around Leeds (own transport or public transport)
- Proactive, motivated, and committed to making a difference in schools
