About the Role:
Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
Working one-to-one or with small groups of children to support learning and development
Assisting with classroom activities, behaviour management, and lesson delivery
Helping pupils with additional needs to access the curriculum
Creating a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment
Who we are looking For:
A graduate (education/psychology related degrees preferred but not essential)
A passion for working with children and making a difference
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience working with children (in any capacity) is highly desirable
