Salary: £98.04 - £114.00 a day
The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you become the enchanting assistance in the realm of education. Your role involves closely collaborating with teachers, aiding in lesson planning and delivery, managing the classroom effectively, and contributing to the creation of a joyful and inclusive learning environment.
What do you need to be a Graduate Teaching Assistant? - Demonstrated experience in working effectively with children
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit patience, empathy, and a sincere passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs
- Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
- While SEND experience is beneficial, it is not essential for this role
The Graduate Teaching Assistant Role Includes: - Assist the classroom teacher with general admin tasks throughout the day
- Work on a 1-1 basis with students or support small groups that may need extra assistance
- Aid the classroom teacher in setting up various activities
- Helping lunch duties and assist students during break time
- Encourage active participation and engagement in lessons
