About this Apprenticeship

Are you a graduate, student or aspiring PGCE student looking for more experience working in Schools?

At Aspire People we require teaching assistants on a flexible basis for part time or full time hours. You will need to be passionate about education and open to learning new skills!

Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Positions for Graduates and Aspiring PGCE Students are coming up in September!

You would be working alongside experienced TA's and teachers to help your development.

These roles will not only lead to opportunities after you graduate, but it also gives you a clear and concise pathway onto a potential school based initial teacher training programme or experience to apply for your own PGCE. We work with a number of primary schools across Lincolnshire that are very keen to add several graduate teaching assistants to their staff team.

The ideal graduate teaching assistant would have some school/child based experience but this is not essential. The role would be carrying out small group interventions with a focus on maths, reading & writing and speaking, one to one support with SEN and lower ability students and general class support. A great opportunity for any budding future teachers.

Graduates of Maths, English, Psychology, Education Studies, Science, Arts etc.
Aspiring teachers.
Small group work with literacy, numeracy and phonics.
Supported and trained by head teacher and SLT.

If you are an aspiring teacher or TA looking for an exciting new opportunity within an excellent school, Please apply today!
