Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location: York, North Yorkshire
Start Date: September / October 2024
Salary: £1805 £2080 per month

About the Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
- Supporting teachers in the classroom with daily teaching and learning activities.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students across a range of subjects.
- Assisting with lesson preparation, marking, and classroom management.
- Helping students with additional needs reach their full potential.
- Contributing to the overall positive learning environment at the academy.
What We Are Looking For:
- A degree in any subject (education-related degree is an advantage).
- A passion for working with young people and a desire to pursue a career in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to support both staff and students.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
