Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour monitoring.
- Support students with special educational needs.
- Participate in school activities, including extracurricular programs.
- Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline.
- A genuine passion for education and working with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
- A DBS on the update service (essential).
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not required.
- Any voluntary or paid experience in educational settings will be beneficial.
