The Opportunity:

  • Location: Chesterfield and surrounding areas

  • School Type: Secondary Schools

  • Pay: 84- 90 a day per, term-time only (8.30am - 3.30pm)

  • Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday or Part-time flexible days throughout the week.

The Ideal Candidate:

To be considered, you must:

  • Hold a degree with a minimum classification of 2:2

  • Be driven by a passion for working with students and influencing their lives positively

  • Possess a deep love for your subject matter (English, Maths, Science, Sport etc)

  • Radiate enthusiasm, friendliness, and approachability

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills

  • Approach the classroom with creativity and self-reflection

  • Build robust, supportive relationships with students of diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students in a classroom environment

  • Leading small groups and providing one-on-one support outside the classroom

  • Collaborating with classroom teachers to enhance the educational experience
