Our client is a market leading manufacturing company. Due to sustained growth, they are now looking to recruit a Graduate Technical Engineer.
The Role
- This position an exciting opportunity for recent or soon to be graduate to join a forward-thinking employer with real career progression opportunities.
- You will support the business across several areas including Project Engineering, R and D, Commercial, Test, Estimating and Manufacturing.
- The successful candidate will receive guidance from experienced Engineers and Managers, while also contributing to projects and developing your technical and soft skills.
- Developing designs using a range of computer packages.
- Forming and maintaining technical documentation.
- Creation of development and test plans.
- Will be site based no remote working.
The Person
- Will be a graduate or upcoming graduate ideally with a mechanical degree.
- Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
- AutoCAD experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Previous manufacturing or engineering sector experience would be advantageous.
- Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
