This is a wonderful opportunity to join my client, an industry-leading, innovative Multidisciplinary Consultancy renowned for lending their expertise to projects across the Engineering and Environmental landscapes. They are actively seeking a capable, driven Graduate Hydraulic Modeller who is willing to take on a variety of challenges near the leafy, sought-after town of Taunton.

Responsibilities for the role of Graduate Hydraulic Modeller include:
- Producing hydraulic models and surveys
- Analysing and interpreting data from the field, and using it to inform reports
- Generating plans using MapInfo
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders
- Undertaking site visits on behalf of the company
- Adhering to industry standards, regulations, and the appropriate health and safety measures at all times
Required skills and experience for the role of Graduate Hydraulic Modeller include:
- A Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Hydrology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography, or a similar, relevant discipline
- A passion for modelling (especially wastewater modelling)
- Good knowledge of InfoWorks ICM, and other relevant software packages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full, valid UK driving licence
Desirable skills and experience for the role of Graduate Hydraulic Modeller include:
- Good knowledge of the local area and surrounding region
- Working knowledge of a range of other software systems used within the flood risk, drainage, and hydrology sectors
- Some prior experience in a hydraulic modelling role
