Your Role as a Graduate Operations Manager:

As a Graduate Operations Manager, you will lead and manage both the Engineering and Production teams (total of 17-18 people), ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. You'll be responsible for optimising processes, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.
