About this Apprenticeship
Responsibilities:
Solve problems for customers by performing basic troubleshooting.
Drive software upgrades, configuration changes and other fixes to production systems.
Communicate with users and identify root cause of issues.
Be able to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring that all questions are answered.
Adhere to a schedule or deadlines.
Build and test custom PC audio workstations.
Manage and prepare demo equipment.
Take care of customer support calls and emails
Manage and configure orders ready for shipping
Liaise with manufacturers to ensure that issues are reported and fixed
Assist the sales team in product demonstrations and trade shows highlighting the strengths and features of the products Emerging offers
About you:
A Degree in Audio Engineering or related field
Good technical understanding and passion for audio technology
Polite & confident manner, comfortable with talking with customers.
Good MAC & Microsoft Windows proficiency
