We are currently looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, an independent Estate Agency in Norwich. This role will be fully office based and this would suit a career driven individually looking to kickstart a career within the Property Sector.
Working hours:
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (with day lieu in return)

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator , your role will involve:
- Liaising with Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis
- Booking Viewings and valuations
- General admin duties
- Reference checks
- Negotiating offers
