Location: Portsmouth, Lakeside North Harbour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm
Salary: £25,500 + uncapped commission (OTE £30k £130k+)

What you ll do as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you ll be trained and supported to build your career in recruitment from day one. You ll learn how to:
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent in your specialist recruitment market
- Understand trends and opportunities within your sector
- Progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, often within 12 months
You ll receive structured recruitment training, mentorship, and a clear career pathway to help you succeed.
