Are you working in education now such as teaching, or looking to move sectors into the recruitment industry? Five Education is looking for a full-time Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our central Bristol office, working 7am-4pm.

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will be successful in developing business with existing clients and engaging new ones. We can offer a tailored role that fits your skills and experience. With an industry-leading commission structure (up to 17.5% of margin paid monthly) and huge opportunities for growth and promotion, this is an exciting time to join our fast-growing company.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic. OTE: Year 1: £32,250 - £36,250, Year 2: £38,500 - £42,500

Candidate Requirements:

Some knowledge of SEND

Full UK driver's licence

Able to commit to a full-time role and travel to BS1 for 7am starts

Drive and dedication to building your own desk and promoting a growing company

Excellent level of written and spoken English

Great communication skills - confident making sales calls

A positive, "can-do" attitude

Organised, quick-thinking, and adaptable

Self-motivated and able to manage your own time

Focused on providing outstanding service to clients and candidates
